Pauline began her television career in Hollywood with the Advertising and Promotion division of the NBC network. While there, she cut her teeth on promotional marketing campaigns for shows including Hill Street Blues, The Cosby Show, St. Elsewhere, and ER. Her passion for marketing and promotion grew from her early days working as an account executive at Clemenger Harvie in Melbourne.
In 1995, Pauline returned to Australia for a brief period, but soon returned to the U.S. upon accepting a consulting role with NBC in New York. She eventually made her way back to Los Angeles, where she took on a new role as senior vice president, International Marketing for Pearson Television (now FremantleMedia).
Pauline returned to the NBC Universal family in 2004 and currently holds the position of SVP International Marketing for the NBCU Television Distribution group. She is responsible for the development of marketing strategies for international markets serviced by the Television Distribution group, which includes a client base in more than 200 territories. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing the creation of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, television markets, special events and collateral materials for all NBC Universal titles distributed outside the U.S. and Canada under the NBC Universal International Television Distribution banner. She manages a team based in Los Angeles and London, and travels abroad regularly to meet with international broadcasters, including those based in Australia.
Pauline has always possessed a passion for the entertainment business and is dedicated to mentoring young college graduates who are keen to pursue a career in the industry.
