Margaret Khursigara is Joint Country Manager for Pinpoint India Pvt. Ltd - a loyalty marketing company specialising in reward programs for Banks’ premium Cardholders. Margaret moved from Sydney to Mumbai in February 2009 to work with many Banks in India, both private and foreign, focussing on enhancing the customer proposition for premium Cardholders. Pinpoint India’s parent company, Pinpoint Pty Ltd, is based in Sydney and operates reward programs for over 20 Banks in the Asia Pacific region.
Margaret’s experience working with the Banking sector began in 1995 with the first of many card based reward programs, including management and launches for:
Commonwealth Bank’s Professional Privileges reward program, 1995
Volvo co-brand Visa card with Commonwealth Bank, 1996
ANZ’s Telstra Visa Card 1996, and then the Qantas Telstra Visa card programs, 1997, which won many awards.
BankWest extra reward program, 1998,
Bendigo Bank Rewards, 1998,
Heritage Building Society Rewards, 1998
In the early 2000s, Margaret moved into Pinpoint’s Value Added Services area, heading up Pinpoint’s Entertainment Group including Preferred Seating.com.au, Citibank Events online, BlueTix for Virgin Blue, SMH Box Office.
In India, Margaret has returned to her Reward Program experience and is currently working with Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Citi, HSBC, Axis Bank and others.
