Mr Grant Kelley, based in Hong Kong, is Chief Executive Officer of Holdfast Capital, a pan-Asian private equity firm, which he founded in October 2008. Mr. Kelley has over twenty years of global experience in corporate strategy, private equity and real estate investment in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

From 2004 to 2008, Mr Kelley was the Chief Executive Officer of Colony Capital Asia, where he oversaw a portfolio with asset value in excess of $5BN USD. He has played a leading role in high-profile real estate, hospitality and mortgage-backed transactions, including the acquisition of Raffles Hotels and Resorts in Singapore in 2005. The Raffles transaction received five industry awards as the 2005 deal of the year, and was also featured as the cover story of Forbes Asia in October 2006. Prior to joining Colony in 2000, Mr Kelley was a Principal at the international consulting firm, Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Mr Kelley holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Adelaide, a Master of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
