Where is home in Australia?

Where is home overseas?

What's your current postcode?

Can you describe your adopted hometown in three words?
Electric, historical, immense

If I had 24 hours in your city, what are the absolute must-dos?
Stroll through the ancient laneways and eat a traditional Chinese breakfast, do taichi in the park with the locals, visit the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, drive to and climb up the Great Wall and be back for a Peking duck dinner.

What's the best piece of advice you have for someone moving overseas?
Say yes more often especially in a new place - you never know what opportunities might arise. Be brave enough to ask for help.

What do you miss most about Australia?
I miss so much about Australia. Family and friends, nature and trees, the laidback vibe, our fresh food...

What’s a piece of gold from your new city that you will take home with you?
People are incredibly adapatable and resilient - Beijing and China have gone through so many what were previously inconceivable changes and everyone here keeps going.

Where to next?
Perhaps another country....
