Where’s home in Australia?
Where’s home overseas?
What are the best hidden secrets in your homes?
In Sydney, it's those little secret and secluded beaches and in New York it's the speakeasy bars and lounges.
Can you describe your adopted hometown in three words?
Fast, intense, energetic
What’s the best piece of advice you have for someone moving overseas?
The first few months are difficult and can be frustrating. You need to find a place to live, set up bank accounts, credit cards and Health care (in the US). There are so many things to do that I didn't think of before I left home. I would say be patient, get advice from friends or family you may have in the new city. Trust that it will all come together. Going through the whole relocation process will make you grow wiser and stronger.
What do you miss most about Australia when you are travelling?
My family and our amazing beaches ! Summer in New York is hot and access to good beaches is not so convenient. You can't just stroll to the beach!
