ACYPI Melbourne invites you to partake in this fantastic opportunity to learn about Chinese tea from world renowned tea master Jiaju Zou. Jiaju Zou will share his knowledge and expertise on the topic of Chinese tea, especially Pu’er (普洱茶). Participants will then have the opportunity to experience a traditional Chinese tea ceremony and partake in tasting of the finest Pu’er as brewed by our visiting tea master.

Jiaju Zou 邹家驹
Jiaju Zou is a former Yunnan Tea Association president for two terms, and is a world renowned expert on international and domestic Pu'er tea. Jiaju Zou worked in Yunnan Foreign Trade Bureau, as deputy chief manager, deputy general manager and general manager of Yunnan Tea Import and Export Corporation. Jiaju Zou has published numerous books on the various aspects of Pu’er tea and has had a variety of his works featured in publications at home and abroad.
