Celebrating our future leaders and innovators around the world.

The Advance Global Australian Awards celebrate Australians living overseas, who exhibit remarkable talent, exceptional vision, ambition and who are future leaders and innovators in their chosen field. They are the only awards to recognise the important contributions of the more than one million Australians living abroad.

Join us for the Advance Global Australian Awards Presentation Ceremony on 19 April 2012, where we will unveil the winners in each category, and announce the winner of the inaugural Advance Global Australian Award.

An outstanding non-Australian alumnus of an Australian university will also be revealed as the winner of our special Global Alumni Award.

A distinguished group of Australian provocateurs and pioneers, who themselves have made a significant impact on the global stage, have selected the winners. The panel includes Ken Allen AM, Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Advance; Bridget Ogilvie AC, who was appointed Companion of the Order of Australia (AC) for service to science in the field of biomedical research; former Senior Vice President of IBM, Doug Elix AO; and Australian actress, Deborra-lee Furness.
