The Australian diaspora – Advance’s people to people network - has a unique opportunity to open channels between countries, and develop partnerships that are based on the sharing and exchange of ideas and best practice. The Advance Emerging Leaders India Summit 2010 created a resource of entrepreneurial leaders who will aid diplomatic, cultural and trade objectives in the region, enabling them to advance Australia’s, India’s and the broader region’s mutual interests.
Together with our Global Advisory Board and the Summit Advisory Group, Advance selected Australian, alumni of Australian universities, and Indian emerging leaders living or working in India and broader Asia to attend this prestigious event, together with their Asia based counterparts. Established leaders across industry sectors from Australia and India were also invited as special guests.
