The greater Boston area hosts a strong concentration of Australians working within the fields of Research/Academia, Financial Services and Life Sciences.

The Advance Australian community is continually expanding. If you are interested in joining the Advance Boston contact us with your expression of interest an any questions you may have.

Advance hosts many events and functions and involves other Australian groups in the region including ANZACC, Aussie Half Baked Ideas and the Harvard and MIT Australian Club.

STEFFEN CREASER

Dr. Steffen Creaser heads the medicinal chemistry program at Satori Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts, a start-up company focused on developing new drugs to treat protein misfolding diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
 
Steffen is originally from Scott Creek in the Adelaide Hills where his family runs a stud cattle farm. He completed his tertiary education in South Australia by obtaining first class Honours and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Adelaide. [More...]
