			<description>          Warren Brainard   Warren Brainard was born in Nebraska but grew up living both in and out of the US because his father, a Professor of Agronomy, took up a number of visiting professorships internationally. In 1990 Warren moved to Sydney with his wife and stayed there until the end of 2000 when he took a job with Novartis in Argentina. Warren later moved to Mexico, where he is the President of CIBA Visions Latin America. Warren says that the best part of his job is being able to manage and develop the business in the diverse portfolio of Latin America markets, each with its own unique challenges.
